Can anyone help me to use this as my avitar?

got the pic, but dont know how to size it or make it as my avitar pic. any help?

Hey chaser. Open the picture in paint or some kind of photo editor.

On the top drop down menus, there should be an image tab. Click that, and click image size, or somethin gto that effect. Resize it to about 1 inch width or hight or whatever, it should change the other respectivly. Save it, then go to your view update profile, and by the avatar, there should be a description of what it's all about where it says click hereto upload custom avatar. Click browse, find your pic, click save, or ok or whatever. Then in the list of avatars, there should be an option to select custom. Do that and you should be laughin.
